Lunchtime recital in Aylesbury, UK. Repertoire to include music by Copland, Barber, Chopin and Liszt

Spencer will be performing a short lunchtime recital at Goldsmiths Hall, with repertoire to include Rachmaninoff and Chopin.

Spencer will perform at St. Martin-in-the-Fields for a concert fundraiser launching their North American Patron Scheme. Repertoire TBC.

Recital as a part of the New North London Synagogue’s Intermezzo concert series. Repertoire to include Dora Pejacevic’s Spring Sonata, and Beethoven Spring Sonata with Violinist Violetta Suvini

Performance at the Victoria & Albert Museum John Madejski Gardens for the Maple Leaf Ball Fundraiser, repertoire to include both solo, and collaborative repertoire, performing with Soprano Juliana Cook

Spencer will be performing Chopin’s Nocturne Op. 48 No. 1 and the Ravel Mother Goose Suite for 4-hands with Charles Owen at the Help Musicians Supporters Concert at Steinway Hall, London.

Spencer will be performing “Neptune” from Holst’s “Planets” Suite for two pianos alongside Canadian Pianist Chloe Dumoulin

Spencer will be representing the Americas at the Commonwealth Day Service at Westminster Abbey, performing Scriabin’s Prelude Op. 16 No. 3 in the presence of senior members of the Royal Family, and diplomats and politicians from across the Commonwealth. This will be broadcast on BBC One, BBC World, and the BBC Youtube Channel.

Spencer will be performing Liszt’s “Bénédiction de Dieu dans la solitude” in a Guildhall School masterclass for Dame Imogen Cooper in Silk Street Music Hall, Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London.

BBC Radio 3 Total Immersion Concert performance to be broadcast on Radio 3 at a later date (TBC). The concert showcases music by Missy Mazzoli. Spencer will be performing “Goodness, What Powers You Possess” in a quartet, with Violetta Suvini (Violin), Amy-Louise Johnsson (Viola) and Steven van der Linden (Tenor).

Finalist at the Liszt Society International Piano Competition where Spencer will perform Liszt’s Sonetto 104 del Petrarca, and the Bénédiction de Dieu dans la Solitude. Livestream link to be provided

Masterclass with pianist Danny Driver as a part of the London Piano Festival working on music by Ligeti at Kings Place.

Spencer and mezzo-soprano Lyla Levy-Jordan (https://lylalevyjordan.com) will perform Mahler’s Rückert Lieder cycle along with other selections at Princess Alexandra Hall at the Royal Over-Seas League House

Performance of Beethoven’s 5th violin sonata and other piano music at St. Olave’s Church in London, UK. Featuring Elise Scheurer (Violin).

Spencer will present a varying program as a cumulation of his time spent as an MMus/MPerf in Advanced Instrumental Studies student at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

Invited to perform and compete for the £3,000 Overseas Award as a part of the Royal Over-Seas League international competition.
